1. What are your arrival and departure dates?

The most important information is to know when you are going to arrive and how long you are going to stay. Keep in mind that prices do vary according to the time of the year, especially during the holiday seasons. For more information, visit our "What you should know" section.

2. Who is traveling?

Provide the number of adults and children that will travel or the number of passengers in the group. For children and seniors, it is better to indicate the ages. This is important to book accommodation and to make sure all means of transportation have enough seats. We will also use this information to select the right type of activities for your group.

3. How will you get around?

Tell us how you would like to move around in the country. Some people prefer self-driven circuits, which means they will receive a rented vehicle and drive on their own. Other passengers prefer to travel around in comfortable touristic buses which take them from one destination to the other. For a more exclusive travel experience, we can also arrange a private driver and vehicle all throughout.

4. What are your "must-haves"?

Of course, we are very experienced in arranging travel itineraries around Costa Rica. But if there's a special highlight you definitely don't want to miss, just let us know and we will make sure it is included in your trip. This is especially important for your stay at the beaches, since many passengers want to spend more than one or two days at the beach.

5. Select your activities! What do you want to try?

Please indicate which activities you would like to include in your trip. Would you like to go on a biking tour around the volcano? Does your group want to do rafting in one of our rivers? Are you ready for a family canopy tour? Just let us know what you want and we will include the activities in the best places around the country according to your preferred destinations.

6. Tell us your hotel category

Some like it simple, some like it exclusive. Costa Rica has a wide variety of lodging possibilities. Our Hotel Guide shows you the hotels we work with the most. But there are literally hundreds of options for all tastes. Lower category hotels don't necessarily mean less comfort. So choose wisely and let us know what type of hotel category you are looking for. You can also indicate different categories, for example: "I want a simple lodge at the jungle, but a four star hotel for my stay at the beach".

7. How much should it cost?

Costa Rica is renown high quality tourism with affordable prices. Let us know how much money you are willing to spend for your trip (excluding the flight to/from Costa Rica!) and we will do our best to prepare a program fitted to your budget.
