Open Voucher
Programme is one of the most popular options for travelling
through Costa Rica. It has been specially designed to
enable visiting Costa Rica at affordable prices during the "Green
Season". It is very popular among our clients.
You become
a rented vehicle and
vouchers for lodging in different places around the country.
You can then decide with complete flexibility where and when
you want to go. |

Included

Seven (7) nights lodging
at any participating hotel.
You recieve the list of participating hotels once your
reservation is confirmed.
One week rented vehicle
(compact sedan or 4x4)
Transfer in from the
airport to the hotel in San José and
viceversa.
All taxes, except the
airport tax (US$26 per person)
Telephonic assistance
during your stay in Costa Rica.
Local telephone card to
use from public telephones.
Welcome kit including
hotel directory showing participating
hotels, set of vouchers, Costa Rica road map with map of
the main cities, suggested itineraries, general information,
evaluation sheet and emergency numbers.

Validity of the package:
May 01 - November 30
Reservations will be accepted via fax or e-mail and will be
confirmed in a 24 hour period.
Cancellations will be accepted without penalty if recieved
at least 3 working days prior to clients´arrival.
Cancellations two or one day before clients´arrival will
have to pay a penalty of 30% of the total cost of this
package.
No shows will be charged 50% of the total cost of the
package.
No refunds will be given for unused vouchers.
The Open Voucher Programme works on availability basis
only.
A choice of at least three (3) hotels in each major area is
offered.
Hotels will usually not accept reservations in advance.
Clients must submit one voucher per night at each hotel.
Rented vehicle can be delivered at the International Airport
or at a hotel in San José.
We recommend clients to stay the first and last night in
San José due to international flight schedules and driving
times.
We highly recommend a four wheel drive car during the
green season.
