Arrival at Juan Santamaría International Airport.
Transfer to your hotel in San José.

Day 2: Poás
Volcano National Park - Market in Ciudad Quesada - Arenal

Driving through rural and urban areas, enjoy the beautiful
landscape with dairy farming and areas planted with crops
and different vegetables. The Poás Volcano is considered to
be the largest geyser in the world. Continue through the
mountains and then across the San Carlos Lowlands. Visit the
Central Market in Ciudad Quesada. Continue to La Fortuna and
visit the Arenal, one of the world's most active volcanoes.
Visitors can see on clear days the lava eruptions that
during the evening look like an impressive fireworks display.
Enjoy also the hot springs and the exotic gardens at Tabacón
Resort.

Day 3: Arenal
Lake - Rincón de la Vieja Volcano and National Park |

Drive around the Arenal Lake to Cañas and then Liberia to
arrive at the National Park Rincón de la Vieja with
14,084ha. It comprises an active strato Volcano. Visit Las
Pailas an area of intense volcanic activity known as Las
Pailas with solfataric lakes, soffioni or holes that expel
clouds of steam. Or in "Azufrales" you will enjoy small
pools with hot springs and also a site with refreshing
crystal clear waterfalls.

Day 4:
Rincón de la Vieja - Border Nicaragua - León - Managua |

Early departure from Rincón through the Pan American Highway
to the border with Nicaragua. Continuation to the city of
León to visit the Hervideros (boiling springs)of San Jacinto
and the ruins of the old colonial city of León. Continuation
to Managua.

Day 5:
Managua - Masaya - The Islets and Granada City |

Departure to visit the well known Market in Masaya and the
Volcano. Later, Private boat tour to visit the small islands
and then the famous colonial city of Granada with its Museum
of pre-Columbian Art and the San Francisco Convent.

Day 6:
Granada - Ometepe Island - Border - Playa Hermosa |

Departure from Granada to the lacustrine port of San Jorge.
Ferry transfer to Ometepe, to visit the largest island on
the Nicaragua Lake. After the visit, return to the main land
and on to the Costa Rican border. Continuation to Playa
Hermosa.

Morning at leisure to enjoy the warm waters of the Pacific
